The Susie Jones bands are very similar to much loved Bridie Jackson. Their approach to folk music is endearing, it is almost as if they are the guardians of folk music. As they delicately look after that genre of music whilst putting their own spin on it without destroying it.

This EP sends us off into a state of meditation. It is like I am being transported into another planet. The music reminds me of when I was younger, when I had no cares in the world and there was nothing to worry about.

My favoutire track has to be Silver Dagger, like the name it is enchanting as it to like the whole ep sends me into a hypnotic trance. It has a European feel to the track, however this quartet are from the North West of England yet have travelled to the world of Americana maybe that has influenced their music. There are so many instruments going on such as; Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass and Harmonica it touches the heart of myself as a listener.
