Listening to Miss Kayleigh Leith, this girl means business. From start to finish she pours her heart and soul into this album, it is clear that she is driven by her emotions. I particularly enjoyed the track My Heart Goes Back. This is my favourite song from the album. I like how it tells a story; as she sings you can picture the images that are created within the lyrics. This is a must have of fine, I favour art forms that tell a story, a character or a theme that us as the listener can relate to. Leith manages to connect her music to the listener and touches their hearts; you will go through every emotion known to the human being in this album. To innocent Miss Leith, to sexy and sultry Kayleigh. She gives it all she has got, especially in Too Much of a Good Thing. She knows what she wants and is not afraid to get it. Who would have thought this that this Nashville girl can turn on country western and make it sound sexy?

The album name The Woman, pretty much does what it says on the tin. The album shouts out loud girl power, any male better watch out. From listening to this album you can see that Leith means business, she is her own person and that truly shows in her album. This album is daring and bold, she is not afraid to take a chance. This Woman, will take you as a listener (male or female) through a rollercoaster of emotions. It made me laugh, cry, smile and think about my own experiences and stories in my life that are past, present and the future to come. I am excited to see what Kayleigh Leith has to offer for the future. For this woman is ready , ready to take the country and western charts my storm.
