I last heard this Yorkshire goddess in 2013 with her Incarnation Ep and in comparison to her new single Carry Me, Incarnation is simply the servant to this very royal single.

Still in keeping with her a Middle Eastern tone to her voice, this single brings a tear to my eye as it such an emotional story and once you see the video it enhances that story even more.

The music video or rather the short film created by the talented Nick Cooke tells the story of a girl (that being Eurellie) who is trapped with an older man under his rule and thumb, she is finally rescued by her prince and they end up running away together or do they ?

That is up to you to find out.

Yes the video is very much like Cinderella and Romeo and Juliette esque. The modern version of Enya has truly arrested my heart with her new track of Carry Me, her voice is haunting and eerie. Her high tones of voice cuts through me like a knife and I am left musically scared but I do not mind as I could listen to this song for ever.

I am fascinated with Eurielle's inspiration and themes with fantasy and medieval as much like her previous songs from Incarnation, Carry Me leads you into this magical adventure and through that telling a story.

Carry me is my favourite song by Eurielle to date and to join her with more mystical adventures I would advise you check out Incarnation.
