Self confessed daughter of San Francisco Hippies Pi Jacobs brings us a six track mini album of Fleetwood Mac-esque easy on the ear cuts which grows in stature as the simplistic album unfolds before your ears! Faultless musicianship, and cultivated song writing and production help create a refined backdrop for Pi's yearning vocal style, dreamy ,inquisitive , yet assured.

There's a something very 70's about this singer-songwriter; elements of folk, jazz and country embracing to produce songs that slowly flourish......seeds germinating with each and every clever hook. 'The Train ' is pick of the bunch, eerie and wanting yet a captivating feel, with a chorus that implants itself firmly within the sub conscious.

Nothing particularly new here, but for those who inhabit middle-of-the-road-ville this will be much more than welcome visitor; it's honest, it's interesting and genuinely intriguing...well worth a listen.....at six tracks a little short, and it would be interesting to know how a full length album would have developed......
