Paul Liddell is one of the UK's greatest modern song writers but you've probably never heard of him, which is a shame really because you're missing out on a hidden gem! Kicking out several releases a year under his own steam and regularly playing 20+ gigs a month around the British Isles and Europe, Liddell epitomises the spirit of independence. Latest single 'Stare At The Walls' is a brooding and understated modern folk tune which builds beautifully and, despite sounding like a full band, was recorded entirely by Liddell himself - even down to the subtle yet effective vocal harmonies.
