I would describe Tom Mitchell as Bristol's answer to Mary Poppin's Bert. A singer, song writer and guitar player, he might as well be a one man band. A one man band that his taking us and his music to a new world.

This new album of Mitchell's is quite endearing to listen to. No matter what track on this album, Mitchell puts his heart on sole into. I like how he puts his own personal stories and messages on it. It truly shows how he cares about his songs and how his fans can react and relate to them. He shows off his musical ability through song and through his playing of guitar. Having struggling to find a record label, I fear he does not have one. I do hope somebody discovers him soon, as this genius deserves to be recognised.

It is so sweet and so simple; the way Mitchell plays the acoustic guitar. The melodic instrumentation is beautiful. It's quite effective; the way the album starts of slowly and gradually becomes faster, especially the track From Experience. I find this track to be very catchy as it is still in my head as I review. Another track that I enjoy this album is of course the featured track New World. The song is enchanting; the lyrics are bewitching and meaningful. Seems like magic to me the way Mitchell can compose such music with one instrument and make it sound like it does.
