Beautifully blissful sun kissed kittens cast as psychedelic sirens for Lisbonne's debut seven-inch.

The lead track, Eden Plage is an impressive showcase for the singer's credentials as a one-girl band. Using an array of vintage gear, Casiotone keyboards, ukuleles and echoed vocals, she's created a sound that owes as much to Joe Meek as Phil Spector and made the whole thing in a south London home studio. Crafty harmonies, a sundown Café del Mar sensibility and lashings of 60s cool, be warned for this day dreamy gem will melt your heart before the first chorus.

Tou Finit à Saint-Tropez is all shimmering reflections off a cobalt sea, the sun glinting on the masts as a longed for lover disappears over the horizon. The twist is that Lisbonne is sharing her heartache in a quite lovely duet with former band-mate, Stereolab's Laetitia Sadler. Imagine France Gall and Annie Phillipe, stoned and pouting, trading notes about a boy they'd lost to Bardot or Hardy.
