Imaginary People from all away from New York, I am listening in tweed Northumberland to these guys and I love it. Dylan Vin Wagner singing, Mark Roth on guitar, Justin Repastry on the keys, Joe Zdaa on drums and Grant Zubritsky on the bass have all together created a fantastic album. Yes the album is full of synthy, old school and blue grassy type vibes. For a student like me who stressed about and has finally got the results I wanted for university in September, relaxes me and keeps me on a positive outlook.

Self titled album, it is certainly a head bopper or toe tapper whatever your preference. It's a feel good album, especially Gold Coast. I could imagine myself doing just that, cycling along the beaches of California enjoying the sun and the music of Imaginary People.

For a band from New York, a very busy and high flying city, they seem very calm, cool and collected in their music. Though I am sure this album will take them all away to the high flying charts and their schedule will become very busy.
