Shooglenifty

It's been nigh on four years since Shooglenifty last graced a Cambridge Folk Festival stage and they can, no doubt, look forward to a warm welcome back. Shooglenifty have over the years acquired a reputation for both their lived performances and their slightly unorthodox approach to celtic fueled folk music.
Shooglenifty know how to build set of tunes, both live and on record as their most recent album Troots shows. Like many acts Shooglenifty have taken control of their recording destiny and gone down the do it yourself route.
Expect Shooglenifty to deliver a set of raucous energy that will power both the band and audience. This is a band firmly at it's best with the crowd on the go.
