Lau

Last year Lau played on the Thursday night. Back then they hadn't released their first record, but with the likes of Martin Green, Aidan O'Rourke and Kris Drever in the band, you knew it was only a matter of time and so it has proved.
Lau have built up a formidable live reputation. They've now matched that reputation as a recording band with their debut album "Lightweights & Gentlemen" They return to what must seem like a home fixture with a sense of anticipation riding on their shoulders. They've been storming festivals for nearly a year now. I expect this to be no different.
Put this folk power trio on you must watch list, I know I have.
