Breabach

Already being described as firebrands and including two sets of bagpipes amongst their weaponary, Breabach burst onto the Scottish traditional music scene in 2006. Getting nominated for an award or two along the way
2007 sees tghem continuing to build on that momentum. The band have released their debut album "The Big Spree" and have been out on their first UK tour. So far I've not managed to get to one of their gigs but I'm assured they're every bit as good as their fledgling reputation suggests.
Still young theu play with a passion and verve that comes from thinking you can take on the world and win. Scotland isn't just about great fiddle players. Bagpipes make for some fierce tunes to. Go and see just what we mean. We'll be there.
