The Low Country

Cambridge likes to use the Thursday night to showcase hot local talent, so step up alt. country The Low Country. The word low in the title giving clue to some of their influences.

The band are currently a trio, but are alegedly looking for a fulltime bassist to round out the sound. The current band consisting of Boo Hewerdine guitarist and former member of the Broken Family Band, Rob Jackson, Aussie singer songwriter Emily Barket and Ian Pickering as sticks man.

The band have a couple of albums to their credit, including the well received 'Dark Road'
