It would be fair to say that multi-instrumentalist Mike has got a knack of popping up in all different places. Quite simply he has a grasp of many instruments to a standard that most of us can only aspire to on one.

It's a talent  that has served him well, not only when he's serving other masters, but more so when he's got his own crew together.

The main difference is that the Michael McGoldrick Band have their gatherings live in front of thousands of people. Mike and co have got the knack of turning a very large tent into a small and intimate bar.

If you should be in the queue when Mike and the band are playing just leave one on the side for him.
