One of my big questions for this year's festival is? Why isn't Thea Gilmore more of a star?

Five albums in as many years, poetic, a great performer. At home solo or with a band. Passionate, compassionate, but not afraid to venture into the darkness if that's where the song takes her.

This is an artist that shopuld be collectng Mercury prizes. The next big question why only the Radio Two Stage on a Thursday night when they've got the likes of Ezio performing on Stage One on the Friday.
